1. USE OF THE PLATFORMS

The Soccer Match Inc. websites, web application and platforms (hereinafter referred to as the "Platforms") are owned by Soccer Match Inc. ("Soccer Match Inc.") and are intended to provide information about Soccer Match Inc. its activities, services and products, as well as to facilitate interaction with its customers and users. The Platforms offer innovative technology for the management of online sports clubs and events, enabling connection, communication and coordination within the sports community.

The Platforms may contain text, images, audio clips, video clips, software, charts and graphs, interfaces, or other materials (collectively the "Content") provided by or licensed to Soccer Match Inc. for informational purposes only.

The information available on the Platforms and the Content is provided for informational purposes only and is provided to you "as is" and "as available". Soccer Match Inc. makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of the information on the Platforms or the Content, all of which are made at your sole discretion and without warranty of result.

As part of your use of the Platforms and the Content, you agree to:

- Not to use the Platforms or the Content in a manner that constitutes or encourages the commission of a criminal or civil offence, a violation of intellectual property rights, or a violation of any law or regulation.
- Not to use the Platforms or the Content to post defamatory, abusive, racist, violent, hateful or intimidating content, or to make threats or harass other users.
- To read and accept the terms of any separate license agreement or terms and conditions provided by Soccer Match Inc. including other provisions of these Terms, including the other provisions of these Terms.
- Do not reproduce, modify or redistribute the Content of the Platforms without Soccer Match Inc.'s prior permission.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your systems are capable of using the Platforms. It is recommended that you use and update security software on your systems to protect your information.

2. MONITORING AND CONTROL

Soccer Match Inc. reserves the right to monitor and control any Content posted on the Platforms to ensure compliance with these Terms. You consent to such monitoring and control by using the Platforms. However, Soccer Match Inc. reserves the right not to systematically monitor Content on the Platforms.

3. COOKIES

Cookies are used on the Platforms to improve your browsing experience. You can configure your browser to accept, refuse or inform you before accepting cookies. Please note that some Platform services may not be available if you refuse cookies.

4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATING TO CONTENT

4.1 The authors' opinion

The opinions, comments or statements contained in the Platforms represent only the opinions, comments or statements of their authors and should not be construed as being those of Soccer Match Inc. Soccer Match Inc. shall not be liable for any Content generated by users of the Platforms, including any defamatory, hateful or offensive Content.

4.2 Content deletion

Soccer Match Inc. reserves the right to remove any Content that it deems to be contrary to the terms or spirit of these Terms, without prior notice.

4.3 Responsibility

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or make available on the Platforms.

5. USER BEHAVIOR

You undertake not to damage the Platforms, not to interfere with the use of the Platforms by other users, and to use the Platforms only for authorized and personal purposes. You also agree not to use any automated or manual means to access or collect information on the Platforms.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

By submitting Content to the Platforms, you grant Soccer Match Inc. a license to use such Content on the Platforms. Soccer Match Inc. also grants you a limited license to use the Content on the Platforms for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to certain restrictions.

All Content on the Platforms is the property of Soccer Match Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

7. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

The Platforms may contain links to third party websites. Soccer Match Inc. has no control over such web sites and assumes no responsibility for their content or use.

8. COMPENSATION

You agree to indemnify Soccer Match Inc. against all third party claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

10. EXCLUSION DE GARANTIES ET LIMITATION DE RESPONSABILITÉ

Soccer Match Inc. makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the information on the Platforms and assumes no liability to you or any other person for any damages arising out of the use or operation of the Platforms.

11. DISPOSITIONS GÉNÉRALES
